    ($45/hour)
    Danny, an accomplished figure skating coach with 8 years of experience, mentored by legends Nina Moser and Sergey Rozanov. He's also earned silver and bronze medals in the Russian Championship and competed in Grand Prix stages.

Double Jumps Club Program
The Double Jumps Club is an excellent stepping stone for skaters aiming to progress to more complex jumps like doubles and triples in the future.

Introduction to Double Jumps
Double Salchow: A powerful jump executed from a back inside edge, requiring precise edge control and strong rotation.
Double Toe Loop: A jump where the skater uses the toe pick to assist in rotation while taking off from a back outside edge.
Double Loop, Flip & Lutz: Explore the nuances of the Double Loop, Flip, and Lutz jumps, each with unique takeoff edges and mechanical demands.

Core Techniques
Take-Off Techniques: Learn how to achieve the proper lift and rotation through the right body posture and timing.
Landing Techniques: Focus on soft, controlled landings to build confidence and prevent injuries.
Rotation Control: Drills to improve air position and body alignment for smoother, cleaner rotations.

Off-Ice Conditioning
Strength Training: Focus on leg strength, core stability, and overall body conditioning to aid jump power and control.
Flexibility: Stretching routines to ensure a full range of motion for better jump execution.
Plyometric Drills: Exercises designed to improve explosive power for higher jumps.

  • Emphasis on proper warm-ups and cool-downs to avoid injury.

  • The program progresses into more complex drills and introduces a transition into double jumps.
You will need

Sneakers, a jump rope, an off-ice spinner (see on the picture - any of these) , stable Internet connection and some space.
