Every Saturday
Danny, an accomplished figure skating coach with 8 years of experience, mentored by legends Nina Moser and Sergey Rozanov. He's also earned silver and bronze medals in the Russian Championship and competed in Grand Prix stages.
Head Coach Alana ($110/hour)
Every Sunday
Coach Alana is a former Kazakhstan National figure skating Champion. She used to train in Brian Orser's Team in Canada and Team Tutberidze. Alana specialises in jump conditioning with emphasis on explosive power.

The Triple Jumps Club is an excellent stepping stone for skaters aiming to progress to more complex jumps.

Introduction to Triple Jumps
Triple Salchow: A powerful jump executed from a back inside edge, requiring precise edge control and strong rotation.
Triple Toe Loop: A jump where the skater uses the toe pick to assist in rotation while taking off from a back outside edge.
Triple Loop, Flip & Lutz: Explore the nuances of the Triple Loop, Flip, and Lutz jumps, each with unique takeoff edges and mechanical demands.

Power and Explosiveness
Plyometric training for enhanced takeoff strength.
Bounding drills to mimic the explosive energy needed for Triple Jumps.
Core strengthening to stabilize the rotation axis.

Rotational Speed
Off-ice spins for rotational control and speed improvement.
Triple revolution drills to develop muscle memory.

Progression
Skaters will start with basic drills and gradually increase difficulty as their technique improves.
The program progresses into more complex drills and introduces a transition into double jumps.
You will need
Sneakers, a jump rope, an off-ice spinner (see on the picture - any of these) , stable Internet connection and some space.
