Warm Up
1.Jumping rope (Double jumps on the right and left foot) 25 repetitions each leg - 1 set.
2.Triceps toe touch· (Working arms and legs) - 15 repetitions - 2 sets.
3.Stance before the axel on a spinner (Spinning on the spinner in the position before the axel, jump out, do a double axel) - 3 repetitions - 3 sets.
4.Strong hand grouping (Work with a sports rubber to practice hand grouping) - 20 repetitions - 2 sets.
5.Jump sequence (Single tours with forward progression and alternating arm work + double axel double loop) - 1 repetition - 4 sets.
6.Jump sequence (Single leg jumps with 180°turn and body lock + double axel Half loop double flip) - 1 repetition - 4 sets.
7. Right hand jumps (Double axel with right hand + toeloop) - 2 repetitions - 3 sets.
