You're on the right track! Keep practicing and believing in yourself. Your hard work will pay off.
Warm Up
1.Jumping off the step into a landing - 15 repetitions - 3 sets.
2.Kickback extension (Working abs and legs) - 10 repetitions each leg - 2 sets.
3.Preparatory position static (Preparatory position 7 sec. + double axel Half loop double salchow) - 1 repetition - 4 sets.
4.· Rippon spinner (Spinning on the spinner in the preparatory position before the axel, jumping out into the landing position + Jump sequence) - 1 repetition - 4 sets.
5.· Double turn using only the right hand + sequence (Double turn using the right hand + double axel Half loop rippon double loop) - 1 repetition - 5 sets.
6.· Jump sequence (Double axel Half loop double flip double torloop ( we're holding sports rubber) )- 1 repetition - 4 sets.
7.Twisting sequence (Spinning on the spinner in the toeloop preparation position + double toeloop + double axel (hands closed on landing) - 1 repetition - 5 sets.
Cool Down: 30 sec for each leg - 1 set.
