Warm Up
1.Jumping rope, Double - 30 repetitions - 1 set / Triple jumps - 10 repetitions - 1 set.
2.Push ups and mountain climber (Working abs, arms and legs) - 10 repetitions - 2 sets.
3.Jump sequence (Two double toeloop (left arm closed on landing) + double axel)) - 3 repetitions - 3 sets.
4.Rippon jumped (Work with a sports rubber to practice raising your arms on the jump) - 20 repetitions - 2 sets.
5.Double tour using the left hand + sequence (Double tour using the left hand + double axel Half loop double salchow) - 1 repetition - 5 sets.
6.Jump sequence (Jumps out of position before the lutz + double lutz + double axel) - 1 repetition - 4 sets.
7.Jumping out left to left (Jumping out left to left + double toeloop + double axel ( with a sport rubber in hands) - 1 repetition - 5 sets.
Cool Down: 30 sec for each leg - 1 set.
