Warm Up
1. Pull your head in each direction with your hand (neck stretch) 30 sec
2. Two fists under the chin, pull head forward ( 30 sec)
3. Lock behind the head. Bend forward/backward( 30 sec)
4. We extend our arms one by one to the side ( The right hand pulls the left and vice versa) 30 sec
5. The right arm is bent at the elbow at an angle of 90 degrees and makes circular movements. Left hand is at the side. Lotos pose (30 sec )
