Anastasia is a certified fitness coach with over 17 years of coaching experience. She has Master's Degree in physical culture and sports, along with a degree in nutritiology. Anastasiia specializes in power, function, mobility, stretching training and yoga practice.
This program is perfect for all ages, from kids to adults! Each session features new flexibility exercises and a diverse training program, making it both efficient and fun.
