What You Will Learn

1. Jump Mechanics
Gain a deep understanding of the mechanics behind single jumps, including takeoff, rotation, and landing.
2. Jump Terminology
Familiarize yourself with jump terminology and the specific requirements for each single jump, such as Waltz Jump, Salchow, Toe loop, Loop, Flip and Lutz.
3. Jump Preparation
Learn how to prepare for jumps on-ice, including proper warm-up routines and stretching exercises to prevent injuries.
4. Jump Technique
Practice the correct technique for each single jump, focusing on body position, rotation speed, and landing posture.
5. Jump Progression
Work through a structured progression, starting with the basics and gradually advancing to more complex single jumps.
6. Landing Mechanics
Master the art of landing with stability, minimizing the risk of injury during oт-ice jump practice.
Each billing cycle, you will receive a new training plan with more advanced exercises and techniques.
After completing this 4-week training plan single jumps on-ice, you'll transition to a more in-depth focus on single jump technique with our advanced on-ice training program starting next month.
