Alice, a figure skating coach and third-category judge in single skating, specializes in multi-rotational jumping technique,program creation, and Level 4 spin practice. She emphasizes strict edge control and centered axis maintenance to help skaters consistently meet features for high Level 4 ratings. Through targeted drills, she refines camel, sit, and upright variations to maximize spin execution grade of execution and speed. - COACH LENA
Lena has 22 years of coaching experience and spent nearly 5 years performing with acclaimed Imperial Ice Stars, touring the UAE, Mexico, and Portugal. She trained under Olympic Champion Robin Cousins, completed an ISU seminar on the latest judging rules, attended coaching camps with Mark Hanretty, Rohene Ward and continues her professional development at Rafael Arutyunyan's camp.
