1. Jumping off the step into a landing. - 2 sets. 15 reps
2. Standing landings - 2 sets. 10 reps each leg.
3. Preparatory waltz jump position 7 sec. -> waltz jump -> Half loop-> double salchow - 4 set. 1 rep.
4. Spinner (preparatory position before the waltz jump) -> loop -> half loop -> flip - 4 set. 1 rep.
5.Turns using the right hand -> lutz -> loop -> loop - 5 sets. 1 repetition.
