    ($75/hour)
    Coach Nicole is a multiple medalist of Ukrainian and other European figure skating competitions. Nicole leads the group Biellmann class every Monday at VSA. She also specializes in multirotational jump technique and advanced spins.
  • Prime Coach Helen
    ($95/hour)
    Helen is a former Junior National Team member and an experienced performer from the international Holiday on Ice shows. With over 20 years of skating expertise, Helen specializes in multirotational jumps and spinning techniques for skaters of all ages and skill levels.

We'll guide you through:

    Focus on developing the core strength and flexibility required for the Biellmann spin. Begin with slow, controlled rotations to establish proper form and balance.
    1st Month
  • Leveling Up Your Skills
    Progress to faster rotations, enhancing speed and control while maintaining proper technique. Explore intermediate variations to build confidence and consistency in spins.
    2nd Month
  • Perfecting Your Spin Entry
    Transfer your skills onto the ice by mastering solid, consistent entries into the spin. Focus on edge quality, posture, and alignment. Start with slower rotations to connect strength and technique with glide and ice feel.
    3rd Month
  • Refining Control & Adding Power
    Advance your on-ice Biellmann by increasing speed and hold time. Practice exit control, position refinement, and integrate spin into short sequences. Build endurance and confidence with repetition and feedback.
    4th Month

  • Beginner
    Who are new to the Biellmann Spin and are still developing the core strength and flexibility required to achieve the position.
