Standard Biellmann Position:

One leg over their head, typically behind them, using one or both hands while maintaining balance on the other leg.

2.

Biellmann Spiral:

Work on perfecting balance, stretch, and a flawless position.

3.

Split Biellmann:

A variation where the leg is split out horizontally behind the skater's head. It requires a higher level of flexibility in the hip flexors and hamstrings.

4.

Biellmann with Backbend:

Incorporating a backbend while holding the Biellmann position increases flexibility demands, particularly in the spine.

5.

Biellmann with Turn or Twist:

Skaters may add a rotation or twist of the torso or head to challenge their balance and enhance the visual presentation.
