1st Month
Turnout and Coordination Developing turnout, coordination, and musicality. Turnout exercises, pirouette preparation (spotting, balance, and core engagement), small jumps (petit allegro).
2nd Month
Elevating the Feet Improving footwork and elevation. Relevé, pointe work, grand jeté preparation.
3rd Month
Arm and Upper Body Development Refining arm movements, upper body strength, and musicality. Port de bras combinations, arm coordination with leg movements, and balance exercises.
4th Month
Jumps and Dynamics Developing power, control, and artistry in jumps. Assemblé, grand jeté, pas de chat, and other jumping combinations.
5th Month
Refinement and Performance Polishing technique, artistry, and performance skills. Complex combinations, variations, and performance preparation.
6th Month
Improve posture, enhance coordination, build strength and flexibility, and cultivate grace and artistry.
